Mayo as simple as it is has always alluded me too but your plain as plain common sense about all it's uses has me thinking I'm saying good bye too to the the blue lidded jar. And the time is right as my love affair with Best Foods has waned since they went to plastic and deprived me of the ever usesful glass jar. Thanks.panthercreekcottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09897904465810923550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8049675246562302309.post-44715154341303201142011-02-17T18:05:16.885-05:002011-02-17T18:05:16.885-05:00Of course you can use the recipe! Although life is indeed good around here I believe we take who we are into every situation and I manage to drag unnecessary stress everywhere I go! I'm working on that...<br />I do think the world is more complicated now than ever before. It would nice to find some kind of simplicity again - bring it all back to our homes, our local communities etc.Julie Wallbridge (feminist farmer's wife)https://www.blogger.com/profile/07470432081002846531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8049675246562302309.post-17774358669283923482011-02-17T16:20:54.924-05:002011-02-17T16:20:54.924-05:00How creative! I don't think baking's all that exact of a science after all...experimentation's the name of the game with cooking in my book! I just might give homemade mayo a whirl using your recipe if you don't mind? I'll return to your blog often because your life is wonderful sounding to me. I've worked for others my entire life, and would love to work at home on a self-sustaining farm like yours. Most days, I think women used to have it better than they thought...you know, the grass is always greener scenario I guess. I'd love to have been a stay-at-home mom! And have animals to care for and in return they provide for us. Sounds nice!C-ingspotshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17744931697050670013noreply@blogger.com
